Extended Warranty for an additional 12 months past the current 12 month warranty

We offer an extended warranty for an additional 12 months past the standard warranty. With this warranty, if your unit is found to be defective between the 13th and 24th month of your ownership, we will gladly send you a new one after evaluating the unit you send us. This warranty is void if the hearing aid has any of the following damage:

• Damage from unit having been stepped on or otherwise damaged.
• Damage from unit having been chewed on by human or animal.
• Damage due to the unit having been swallowed, by human or animal.
• Damage due to the unit having been exposed to excessive water causing a short circuit of the electronics.

If you need to use the Extended Warranty for a hearing aid that does not work, there is a $40 shipping and handling charge at the time that you send it back to us for repair.
