If you purchased
a hearing aid from us within the past 12 months, we
will be glad to repair it for you.
What is not covered by our warranty:
- If the dog chews it or it is swallowed
- If it has been crushed in some way
- If you jump in the shower/pool/water with
the hearing aid on causing it to short out
You must obtain a Return Product Authorization (RPA)
number from us. Please send us an RPA request by
e-mail to:
RPA@hearingcentral.com or call us at
847-295-6946. If you send us an e-mail, please include the
following minimum information:
- The date the hearing aid
was purchased
- The name of person
who bought the hearing aid
- Address where the hearing aid was sent
- What you think is wrong with the hearing aid
When you receive the RPA number, please do the
following:
- Place the hearing aid and all documentation
into the original box with the fill-in repair form
- Place the box into a standard bubble-wrapped
envelope
- Write the RPA number and the word "REPAIRS"
on the outside of the envelope
- For USA and Canadian customers, please INCLUDE A CHECK FOR $40
USD FOR SHIPPING AND
HANDLING. (If it is less than 60 days from
purchase date, there is no charge)
- For all other customers, please INCLUDE A CHECK FOR
$75 FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING. (If it is less than
60 days, the charge is only $25 USD)
- Return the hearing aid to:
- REPAIRS
"RPA#" (The RPA number given to
you)

Depending on what is wrong with the unit, it
will take up to 14 days to repair. If the
hearing aid is found to be covered under our
12 month manufacturers warranty, there will
be no repair charge. All you pay is the
shipping and handling fee.
If you purchased
a hearing aid from us over 12 months ago and there
is no extended warranty, you
can still return it to us for repair.
